AEBIOM  --  VISIT  Hits: 7   The European Biomass Association (AEBIOM Association Européenne pour la Biomasse) is a group of national biomass associations founded in 1990.  Membership is open to representatives of the European Union, Central and East Europe.  In 2006 AEBIOM counts 27 associations having in total more than 4000 members (companies, research centers, or individuals). The association aims to promote photovoltaics at the national, European and worldwide levels and to assist its members in the development of their businesses in both the European Union and in export markets. EUBIA  --  VISIT  Hits: 2   The European Biomass Industry Association (EUBIA) was established in 1996 as an international non profit association in Brussels, Belgium. It groups together market forces, technology providers, and knowledge centres, all of them active in the field of biomass. EUBIA's main objective is to support the European biomass industries at all levels, promoting the use of biomass as an energy source, developing innovative bioenergy concepts and fostering international co-operation within the bioenergy field. EUREC  --  VISIT  Hits: 4   The European Renewable Energy Centres (EUREC) Agency was established as a European Economic Interest Grouping in 1991 to strengthen and rationalise the European research, demonstration and development efforts in all RE technologies. As an independent member-based association, it incorporates 46 prominent research groups from all over Europe.
