User Profiles
The ELREN website anticipates the following user profiles:
a) Visitor
b) Registered User
c) Partner.
Visitor is a user casually visiting the site. He may navigate any of its sections (no "private area" is anticipated so far) but not make any download. In order to do so he has to register himself.
Registered User (RE) is the individual who has followed the registration procedure by cliking on the "Register" button located on top right of this page. After completing the procedure he shall receive an e-mail, generated automatically, confirming the registration data entered and authorising him to download documents from the website. To do so the RE shall have to enter the website by clicking the "Login" button located on top right of the homepage.
Organisations wishing to join the ELREN project have to apply for becoming a Support Partner (SP), by following the procedure described herein below, under either of the anticipated categories. Once the application procedure is completed the organisation shall be approved as SP. In the website the SP is authorised to download and upload documents, thus contributing to enrich the website databank. To do so the authorised representative of the approved SP shall appoint a person entitled to upload on its behalf, who shall firstly register himself as RE and secondly be authorised by the SA under the "Partner" profile by receiving a confirmation e-mail.
Leader+ Support Partners
The Leader+Support Partners are LAGs implementing the Leader+ Programme, including Action 2 transnational activities. They can assist in the realization of ELREN project by:
§ Representing their LAG(s) and/or country within the ELREN project
§ Providing information from their region and/or country to be fed into ELREN database
§ Promoting and communicating results of ELREN project through the local and/or national Leader+Media
§ Representing their LAG and/or country at the ELREN events: conferences, trainings and field trips
§ Organising ELREN trainings on RE and any other convenient local action in their region and/or country
§ Providing the ELREN Lead Partner with a: a) report on activities carried out by themselves and b) summary statement of costs incurred.

External Support Partners
The External Support Partners are companies, institutions and individuals involved in RE products and services, including information providers and educational institutions. These are:
§ Public authorities such as: municipalities, country councils and provinces
§ Education and research institutions
§ Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) such as: production and service enterprises, farmers, greenhouse managers, consultants in energy, environment, communication, transport and logistics, education etc.
§ Companies involved in the development and building process of housing and commercial facilities such as: architects, property developers, building companies, and suppliers of building materials.
They can help ELREN project by:
§ Providing information about projects they have been involved with to be fed into the ELREN database
§ Promoting and communicating results of ELREN project through their own communication network
§ Participating in ELREN events: conferences, trainings and field trips
§ Organising or contributing to organise ELREN trainings on RE and any other convenient local action in their region and/or country
§ Providing the ELREN Lead Partner with a report about activities carried out by themselves.
