Leader Eu Observatory Guide on RE  --   (260 K)  Hits: 21 Renewable sources of energy, sustainable sources of energy (1998 ed.).   This guide is the outcome of a seminar organised by the LEADER European Observatory from 27 to 31 May 1998 in Hensbacka in the LEADER area of Norra Bohuslän (Munkedal, Sweden).   The primary aim of this guide is to help the local action groups (LAGs) of the LEADER programme and their local partners to decide whether a given renewable energy scheme is a conceivable option for their area. The guide indicates, where appropriate, what they can do themselves and when they need outside help for the scheme.  There are 13 factsheets and 4 case studies in the appendix, and these can be used in two different ways.
