 Local Energy Information Centre, Methodological Guide (2003 ed). This booklet (32 pages), published by CLER under the PREDAC project with the support of EC and ADEME, deals with Energy Information Centres (EIC) existing in Europe. The EIC's goal is to promote RE and Energy Conservation in the 6 PREDAC partner countries. ThE booklet is a methodological guide defining concretely how an EIC should operate. It gives also key rules for implementing new EICs and proposes detailed examples from the partner countries with comparisons between them. The document is also available in the following languages: ES, FR, IT.

 Spatial planning of windturbines (2004 ed). This guide (32 pages), prepared by CLER under the PREDAC project, proposes guidelines for spatial planning for windfarms based on experiences carried out in Belgium, Denmark, France and the Netherlands. In addition experiences from Germany and Ireland have been also taken into consideration. Main decisive criteria for successful implementation of wind farms are analysed: landscape integration, stakeholders involvement, noise, distance from buildings, .... This joint IEA/NEA study provides generation cost estimates for over a hundred power plants that use a variety of fuels and technologies.
